Presentation at the IASE 2025 Satellite Conference

From 30 September to 2 October 2025, Vuslat Şeker presented at the 14th IASE Satellite Conference, “Statistics and Data Science Education in STEAM,” hosted by the University of Münster. The talk, “Pre-service teachers’ use of eye-tracking data to diagnose students’ misinterpretations in statistical graphs,” co-authored with Lonneke Boels, Anita Alexander, Ayline Heursen, Saskia Schreiter, Wim Van Dooren, Frank Reinhold, Martin Abt, and Markus Vogel, shared findings on how a pre-service mathematics teacher used eye-tracking data to diagnose the frequency-value confusion error in histogram interpretation.
